Services operates a unique Personal and Social Development group from within the walls of the ancient church.
For 16-18-year-olds, the PSD team at KEY Maidstone will help prepare for employment through team-building activities;
interview techniques; CV and Spec Letter preparation; quizzes; a huge variety of workshops on all sorts of topics, such as
Citizenship, Community, Motivation & Confidence, Drugs & Alcohol, and Preparation for Employment. For high-fliers
(and those willing to be submerged in paperwork) there's also an option to undertake Wider Key Skills - which focuses on Improving
Own Learning and Performance - 2 targets of individual choice. We have had learners working to improve their knowledge
of Java Scripting, spelling, times-tables, conversation, self-esteem, and hand-writing.
